Subsequent products include eBLVD Remote Desktop: a web-based, desktop sharing service designed to provide fast, easy and secure remote access, remote desktop control, and desktop sharing of any PC on the web; and eBLVD Support Center: a complete "help desk in a browser" solution. It provides a complete trouble-ticket system, as well as an online remote access, diagnosis, and user feedback system.
