Cooters Auto Manuals was started 1999 by Cooter Hawkins in Rock Hill, SC. As the business expanded, it moved in 2007 to a larger facility in St. Petersburg, FL where it is now partners with Zbookz (http://zbookz.com - a used and rare bookstore) and with Sparkespot (http://www.sparklespot.com - Full service gem and bead shop).
