Industrial Robot Safety Consulting & Training

Safety equipment & design are essential when using robotic equipment. All robotic systems installed in the United States since June 21, 2001 should comply with the latest version of the Robotic Industries Association (RIA) robot safety standard RIA R15.06. Rimrock has the expertise to provide the safety services you require.

Rimrock is a participant in the ISO 10218 International Robot safety standard subcommittee & is a member of the ANSI/RIA R15.06 robotic safety standard subcommittee. With over 20 years of robotic integration experience, Rimrock's engineers can assist with safety consulting, training, & retrofitting.

Rimrock can assist you with safety consulting services for robotic feasibility studies, new installations, system upgrades, & relocations. Robot safety consultation reports assist in determining what is necessary to protect your investment and employees. Rimrock's robot safety consultation will be based on the requirements of current applicable standards, such as the RIA R15.06. A copy of the RIA R15.06 standard is included with each report.

Rimrock provides robot safety training to assist your staff in the design and implementation of a safe work environment. Robot safety training can be performed through custom training classes or audio-visual lectures. Upon completion of a robot safety course your staff will have training to create risk assessment processes for application to robotic equipment. Training in the RIA 15.06 robot safety standard will aid in the design of compliant robot systems, safety circuits, & safeguarding equipment.
