Biography of founder Dan Globus
Dan Globus founded Meditation House in 2015 after undergoing years of training with Tibetan Buddhist Monks.[2] He learned Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation techniques directly from ordained Tibetan Buddhist monks from the Gelug lineage. Dan Globus been meditating for over 50 years.[3]
Globus earned his Bachelor's degree in marketing from New York University in 1986.[4] He has worked extensively in web design[5] and digital marketing.[6] Globus has also worked as a lead website manager and SEO specialist for the audio advertising company AdsWizz, based in San Mateo, California.[7]

People from all walks of life and of all ages attend TCC classes, including Zoom meditation programs. Originally founded in Staten Island, New York City, TCC is now based in Catskill, New York.[12]
