Bid on Equipment was founded in Algonquin Illinois in 2002 by Larry Lebedun and David Berman.
Larry has been in the used equipment business since 1990 and is the founder of Legend Machines Inc. after working at Madison Equipment and Loeb Equipment.
David is a second generation equipment seller, his father Chuck Berman having been the founder and president of Madison Equipment.
Larry and David, with a combined 40 years of experience selling used equipment recognized an opportunity to reach a wider market by converting from direct sales to e-commerce. Bid on Equipment has grown every year since its inception and is currently one of the market leaders in the industry.
