Q. Do you work with companies of all sizes? A. Yes. Because we’re skilled at customizing benefits for different-sized companies and organizations, we’re successful working with large and small organizations. We also work very well with government agencies and service organizations.

Q. What is your client to consultant ratio? A. Many companies assign 50-100 accounts per consultant. Because we strive to provide attentive, personalized service, FSI will never assign more than 10 accounts to one rep.
